La cantante estadounidense Mariah Carey presenta ‘Fall in love at Christmas’, su nuevo single navideño en colaboración con Khalid y Kirk Franklin, que viene acompañado de su correspondiente videoclip.
El vídeo musical de ‘Fall in love at Christmas‘ ha sido dirigido por Mariah Carey y Bryan Tanaka. El single, producido por Daniel Moore II y con composición del mismo junto a los tres cantantes, será lanzado también en formato comercial CD con 3 pistas en los próximos días, con una portada de fotografías de los tres artistas cuando eran niños. La canción aparecerá en el próximo especial navideño de Carey para Apple TV +, titulado “Mariah’s Christmas: The Magic Continues”, que estará disponible mundialmente en diciembre de 2021.
Mariah Carey continua con este sencillo su destacada carrera musical, tal como viene siendo en los últimos años, en su faceta más mediática de cara a Navidad. En 2019 publicó “Merry Christmas deluxe anniversary edition”, edición 25 aniversario de su popular primer álbum navideño de 1994, y cada año regresa a lo alto de las listas en esta época festiva con el clásico ‘All I want for Christmas is you’.
El año pasado lanzó también una nueva versión de ‘Oh Santa!’, clásico festivo que formaba parte originalmente como sencillo principal de “Merry Christmas II You” (su segundo álbum navideño de 2010), acompañada de las voces de Ariana Grande y Jennifer Hudson, siendo incluida en la banda sonora de “Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special”, un especial lanzado la pasada Navidad que cuenta la historia de cómo Mariah ayuda a salvar la Navidad contando además de las artistas citadas, con Tiffany Haddish, Billy Eichner, Snoop Dogg, Jermaine Dupri, Misty Copeland y Mykal-Michelle Harris.
