El reconocido productor, DJ y cantante Calvin Harris presenta a ‘By Your Side‘, su nuevo single bajo el sello discográfico Sony Music que cuenta con la colaboración vocal del británico Tom Grennan, y viene acompañado del siguiente videoclip.
‘By Your Side‘, una canción de pop electrónico producida por el cotizado DJ que recuerda a sus inicios, fue compuesta por Adam Wiles, Jamie Scott, John Newman, Mike Needle, Theo Hutchcraft (de la banda The Hurts) y Tom Grennan.
Según el comunicado: “una canción brillante y energética que llega justo a tiempo para la época de verano” añadiendo Calvin : «¡Por fin salió By Your Side! Espero que les guste tanto como a nosotros. ¡Gracias Tom Grennan por bendecir esta canción con tu increíble voz! Me encantan los discos de verano.» y Grennan comentaba : “he estado tratando de mantenerlo en secreto hasta el último minuto. No puedo creer que el gran Calvin Harris haya contado conmigo para su nuevo tema. Sinceramente, no puedo creerlo”.
Calvin Harris, autor escocés de éxitos como ‘Summer’ o ‘Feel so close’ y de múltiples colaboraciones con artistas internacionales (Dua Lipa, Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Sam Smith o Nicki Minaj, entre muchos otros), llevaba desde el pasado 2020 sin publicar nueva música y este nuevo tema llega casi un año después de su último sencillo junto a The Weeknd, ‘Over Now‘. Y desde 2017 no publica un nuevo álbum, cuando publicó “Funk Wav Bounces Vol1”, por lo que se espera una segunda parte del mismo.
